NDIS Referrers
Mobilise occupational therapists can assist your adult clients with:
- Functional Capacity Assessments and reports
- Living Skills Assessment and therapeutic interventions
- Mental Health Support
- Chronic Pain and Chronic Disease Management
- Assistive Technology Assessment
- Environmental Assessment / Minor home modifications
- SIL/SDA Assessments and reports
- Falls Risk Assessment
- Home and Office Ergonomic Assessments
- Soft Tissue Occupational Therapy
We do not offer complex home modification, driver assessments or continence assessments.
We do offer chronic pain management for children over the age of 5 years, however we do not offer a general paediatric occupational therapy service.
Medical and Health Professional Referrers
Mobilise occupational therapists can assist your adult clients with:
- Physical injury and illness
- Recovery and rehabilitation
- Daily living skills training
- Environmental assessments
- Falls risk assessment
- Chronic pain management
- Disability Support Pension Assessments and reporting
- NDIS application reports
- Home and work ergonomic assessments
We do not offer complex home modification, driver assessments or continence assessments.
