Our Qualifications are Unique!
Prior to becoming a Physiotherapist Eve worked as a Myotherapist (Bachelor of Health Science) and Remedial Massage Therapist for over 7 years. This means, she has vast experience in providing hands-on treatments including deep tissue and relaxation massage, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, dry needling and electro needling as well as joint mobilisation. Now, as a physiotherapist, Eve builds on this experience to offer the highest standard of diagnostic and therapeutic skills to address and alleviate her patients’ pain.
We understand that Physiotherapy is a hands-on modality, and provide the highest level of soft-tissue treatments to relieve your pain.
Physiotherapy done differently.
At Mobilise, we actively choose to make a difference in how physiotherapy is delivered to make a lasting difference to your health and wellbeing.
Our unique and rare combination of qualifications in pain Physiotherapy, Myotherapy and Remedial Massage means that we understand that there are many ways to deliver physiotherapy. We appreciate that everyone is different and so is their pain. That’s why at Mobilise, we adopt a holistic approach to physiotherapy that is patient centred and focused on delivering more than just exercise prescription and a heat pack on your back. Our APA Titled Pain Physiotherapist due to their Myotherapy and Remedial Massage background have exceptional abilities to listen with their hands to your muscles and your nervous system, and has superb hands-on skills that ensure the safest soft-tissue-based physiotherapy available. At Mobilise we don’t rush you through a 30min appointment. We offer extended consultations that allow us to listen to you carefully and to understand your pain. This in turn helps us to offer you a comprehensive individualised evidence-based treatment plan to support you on your pain rehabilitation journey.

Why is APA Titling important?
To qualify as a Pain Physiotherapist in Australia, therapists must complete both a Master of Science in Medicine in Pain Management, as well as a Physiotherapy Degree (either Bachelor or Masters level), and demonstrate several years of practical experience in the field of pain management.
The rigorous titling process is conducted by the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and involves the assessment of the physiotherapist’s qualifications and their work experience. If successful, the physiotherapist becomes an APA Titled Pain Physiotherapist and a member of the Australian College of Physiotherapist (MACP). There are only six APA Tilted Pain Physiotherapists in the Brisbane area, showing how rare this specialty is.
The APA Title is an indicator that your physiotherapy treatments are delivered by a physiotherapist who is highly skilled and knowledgeable in the treatment and management of chronic pain.
